We are renowned for our friendly approach and provision of a tranquil environment, making your dental care appointments a relaxing and experience. Led by accomplished dentist Dr Joshua Pond, our team is comprised of dedicated and highly trained support staff that attends to your every need.


Dr Joshua Pond BDSc Hons. (QLD)

Joshua Pond [Portrait Image]Dr Joshua Pond attained his Bachelor of Dental Science degree with Honors from the University of Queensland in 2001. Following graduation, Dr Pond practiced in Bowen for three years in both private and public health care before moving to Townsville where he also provided high quality dental care in the private and public sector for three years prior to establishing all about teeth.

Certified in laser dentistry, Dr Pond is committed to continuing education by completing numerous further education programs in order to provide his patients with the latest innovations and techniques in dental care.

Dr Pond takes a great personal interest in each patient and their needs and is especially committed to helping nervous patients overcome their apprehension by demonstrating how, through modern developments, dental appointments can be a relaxing experience. He likes to take the time to discuss and explain, in detail, treatment procedures and the expected result to ensure patients are fully informed and confident with their treatment plan. Passionate and dedicated, Joshua is adamant in utilising only the finest quality materials and providing comprehensive dental care for the long-term health of his patients.

Dr Brendan Mudge B.D.Sc

Brendan Mudge [Portrait Image]Brendan graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from The University of Queensland in 2002, before going on to work at a private dental practice in Townsville.

Dr Mudge has a special interest in Minimally Invasive Dentistry and Endodontics (root canal).

Brendan has attended numerous continuing education and dental seminars, furthering his dental education and knowledge to provide his patients with the most up-to-date techniques and dental care. Another example is his recent acceptance into the Graduate Diploma of Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) course at Sydney University.

Born and raised in Townsville, Brendan enjoys mountain bike riding and has a black belt in taekwondo, with a long-term goal of competing in competitions.

Outside the practice Brendan enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Rachel, baby girl Laela, and their poodle golden retriever (Groodle) Hudson.

Dr David Cullen

Brendan Mudge [Portrait Image]David attained his BA and Bachelor of Dental Science from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, in 1994. He has worked in both private practice and in a Health Board Orthodontic Clinic before moving to Rockhampton in 1996.

David is fully committed to furthering his knowledge in modern dentistry and professional development. He regularly attends Continuous Professional Development courses such as; Communications, Minimal Intervention, Aesthetic Dentistry, Root Canal Treatment, Crown and Bridge, Implants, Orthodontics and Anti-snoring devices.

David has also served office with the NQ branch of the Australian Dental Association.

Outside of dentistry, David enjoys getting involved in community events, charity bike rides, playing guitar, singing in a band as well as playing soccer with the ‘Gael Force’ team of which he is the founder.

David is a wonderful asset to our dental team and he looks forward to introducing himself and getting to know all the patients here at all about teeth.

Michelle Tetley: Dental Therapist / Hygienist

Michelle Tetley [Portrait Image]Michelle Tetley graduated in Brisbane in 1993 as a Dental Therapist. Upon graduation she practiced in Townsville for four years in public health care, travelling to the remote areas of North Queensland delivering dental care to school students at both primary and secondary school levels.

Leaving Townsville in 1997, Michelle gained employment in Zurich, Switzerland, where she worked in a boutique Dental practice. It was here that she developed her love of periodontal (gum) care and hence returned to Australia to study Hygiene in Adelaide. This subsequently led to her qualification as a Dental Hygienist.

Michelle has been fortunate to work in Adelaide (SA), Perth (WA), Brisbane (QLD) and Canberra (ACT) and has now relocated to Townsville. She has worked in reputable dental practices and has gained extensive knowledge in doing so. Michelle’s passion of dentistry is evident in the clinic where she delivers a professional and comfortable dental experience.

At all about teeth we always strive to be competent in the latest procedures through continuing education programmes to be able to educate our patients.

Michelle takes great care and is empathetic to the patient’s individual needs. She loves what she does and this is evident upon meeting her.

Patricia Drockman: Dental Therapist / Hygienist

Patricia Drockman [Portrait Image]Patricia Drockman graduated in March 1991 from the School of Dental Therapists Training Centre, Brisbane with distinction she was presented with the Oral-B Foundation Award for recognition of high achievement in the study of preventive dentistry. In 1992, Patricia completed her Dental Assistant's Certificate with Honors through the Bureau of Employment, Vocational and further Education and Training. In 2005 she successfully completed a course of education in Dental Hygiene Practice and Health Promotion conducted by the University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology.

Patricia has years of experience working with children aged 4 – 17 years. Upon graduating, Patricia has worked in numerous government sectors in towns such as Mackay, Charter’s Towers, Townsville and Bowen before joining us at all about teeth.

Patricia is a Registered Dental Auxiliary – Dental Therapy and Dental Hygiene and has a team approach to provide the best possible care for each individual patient. Patricia has completed numerous continuing education programs.
