At all about teeth, our team is focussed on ensuring you are extended an uncompromising level of care and personal. Your dental and general health and wellbeing are our main priorities.
We are renowned for our friendly approach and provision of a tranquil environment, making your dental care appointments a relaxing and experience. Led by accomplished dentist Dr Joshua Pond, our team is comprised of dedicated and highly trained support staff that attends to your every need.
Dr Joshua Pond BDSc Hons. (QLD)
Dr Joshua Pond attained his Bachelor of Dental Science degree with Honours from the University of Queensland in 2001. Following graduation, Dr Pond practised in Bowen for three years in both private and public health care before moving to Townsville where he also provided high quality dental care in the private and public sector for three years prior to establishing all about teeth.
Certified in laser dentistry, Dr Pond is committed to continuing education completing numerous further education programmes in order to provide his patients with the latest innovations and techniques in dental care.
Dr Pond takes a great personal interest in each patient and their needs and is especially committed to helping nervous patients overcome their apprehension and demonstrating how through modern developments, dental appointments can be a relaxing experience. He likes to take the time to discuss and explain in detail treatment procedures and the expected result to ensure patients are fully informed and confident with their treatment plan. Passionate and dedicated, Joshua is adamant in utilising only the finest quality materials and providing comprehensive dental care for the long-term health of his patients.
Dr Brendan Mudge B.D.Sc
Brendan graduated in 2002 from The University of Queensland receiving his Bachelor of Dental Science.
On completion of his Bachelor of Dental Science, Brendan went onto work at a private dental practice in Townsville. Brendan’s special interest in dentistry is Minimally Invasive Dentistry and Endodontics (root canal).
Brendan has been to numerous continuing education and dental seminars and is always furthering his Dental Education and knowledge so as he can provide his patients with the most up to date techniques and Dental Care.
Brendan was born and raised in Townsville and attended Pimlico High School.
He enjoys mountain bike riding and taekwon do. Brendan is about to go for his black belt and by the time this is uploaded probably will have it! He would one day like to compete in competitions. Brendan has a beautiful wife, Rachel, who works at a local primary school. He also has recently bought a new puppy, Hudson, a poodle golden retriever (Groodle).
Michelle Tetley: Dental Therapist / Hygienist
Michelle Tetley graduated in Brisbane in 1993 as a Dental Therapist. Upon graduation she practised in Townsville for four years in public health care, travelling to the remote areas of North Queensland delivering dental care to school students at both primary and secondary school levels.
Leaving Townsville in 1997, Michelle gained employment in Zurich, Switzerland, where she worked in a boutique Dental practice. It was here that she developed her love of periodontal (gum) care and hence returned to Australia to study Hygiene in Adelaide. This subsequently led to her qualification as a Dental Hygienist.
Michelle has been fortunate to work in Adelaide (SA), Perth (WA), Brisbane (QLD) and Canberra (ACT) and has now relocated to Townsville. She has worked in reputable dental practises and has gained extensive knowledge in doing so. Michelle’s passion of dentistry is evident in the clinic where she delivers a professional and comfortable dental experience.
We here at all about teeth always strive to be competent in the latest procedures through continuing education programmes to be able to educate our patients.
Michelle takes great care and is empathetic to the patient’s individual needs. She loves what she does and this is evident upon meeting her.
Patricia Drockman: Dental Therapist / Hygienist,
Patricia Drockman graduated in March 1991 from the School of Dental Therapists Training Centre, Brisbane with distinction. Patricia Drockman was presented with Oral-B Foundation Award for recognition of high achievement in the study of preventive dentistry. 1992 Patricia completed Dental Assistants Certificate with Honours through the Bureau of Employment, Vocational and further Education and Training. In 2005 Patricia successfully completed a course of education in Dental Hygiene Practice and Health Promotion conducted by the University of Queensland and Queensland University of Technology.
Patricia has 18 years experience working with children aged 4 – 17 years. Upon graduating Patricia worked from Mackay School Dental Service for 6 months before being transferred to Charters Towers School Dental Service. Patricia practiced in Charters Towers for 4 ½ years. Patricia transferred to Townsville School Dental Service for 1 year. Patricia transferred to Bowen School Dental Service and has been working there for the last 13 years providing dental care for both primary and secondary school students. Patricia has also worked for the past 4 ½ years dental hygiene to adults within the public sector.
Patricia is a Registered Dental Auxiliary – Dental Therapy and Dental Hygiene and has a team approach to provide the best possible care for each individual patient.
Patricia has completed numerous continuing education programmes.
